As a Product Designer at Treetop Consulting, I led UX strategy for a fintech client with diverse product lines, focusing on banking, payments, and compliance solutions for over 2,000 users. I collaborated with the client's engineers, PMs, and my internal team of designers and project managers to identify critical user pain points and streamline workflows, ensuring our designs not only met user needs but also directly supported our client's strategic objectives.

Key achievements from my tenure include:
Business Banking Solution: I designed the platform for a banking solution that consolidates multiple accounts, featuring account management, alerts, bill payments, and transaction approvals, improving money movement efficiencies and providing users with a seamless interface for managing balances, transactions, and analytics.
Business Messaging Platform: I crafted an API-powered business messaging platform featuring message templates and two-way messaging for brands to securely and instantly communicate with their customers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Design Hand-offs and Stakeholder Presentations: I delivered over 40 dynamic design hand-offs and stakeholder presentations, showcasing design concepts and proposals and engaging in iterative meetings to refine and improve designs. This agile approach accelerated project timelines by a sprint and achieved high client satisfaction.
