Key achievements from my tenure include:
Streamlined Internal Workflows: My initiative in optimizing internal processes led to a marked reduction in manual tasks, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of Aimazing’s engineering and data teams.
Enhanced Retail Data Accessibility & Scalability: On the external platform, my efforts greatly enhanced the accessibility of retail transactional data, providing clients with actionable insights and tailored recommendations. Projects included onboarding one of the largest mall groups in Asia, where I delved into complex problems, identified root causes, and formulated innovative solutions, addressing diverse edge cases in our pursuit of scaling operations.
Refinement of Design Library: I drove design consistency and established a comprehensive design system, which standardized designs across various product lines. This initiative ensured cohesive user experiences and facilitated scalability.
